Preregistration & Abstract Submission
1) All participants should submit the registration form to the following Registration Officer by fax.
(Fax Number) 506+292-6136. (506 is a contry code of Costa Rica.)
2) Each of charged participants is also requested to fax the copies of APPLICATION FOR REMITTANCE and
STATEMENT OF REMITTANCE on your bank transfer toward the following bank account, to the Registration Office.
