Dear Colleages, And, 'Integrative Risk Management in Nuclear Power' is one of the most important keywords in medical and health sciences, since health risks due to radiation are generated by different causes including bioengineering properties, lifestyles and socio-economical status. This Conference, therefore, seeks to promote high advances in preventive risk management for health problems in Ukraine, specially related to radiation protection based on bioengineering, socio-economical and behavioral aspects. Sincerely,Conference President Alexander A. Pivovarov UKRSRMPM Chairperson. October 24, 2003. Prof. Ukrainian State Chemical-Technology University, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine 8 Gagarina prosp., 320640, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine
Dear Colleagues, In this Conference, we are planning to clarify the properties of two different types of risk management for large-scaled risk event; i.e., Integrative Risk Management and Diffused Risk Management, since nuclear power accident generates huge risks for health and survival, ecological environment and socio-economical environment, and requests local and international collaboration against nuclear power risk involving risk communication and education. According to Professor Alexander A. Pivovarov's efforts, we will learn a lot throughout the Chernobyl tour, too, which will promote higher collaboration of international scientific members to clean up a lot of health and survival problems, there. Middle September is the most beautiful season in Kiev and heartful Crimea with Tatar culture. Again, we appreciate sincere hospitality of the Conference President and Ukraine Government. Sincere,URMPM Chair, Ryoji Sakai. October 25, 2003. This page is maintained by Shirley V. V. Chaves.
