Journal policy
This English journal is an official journal
of Union of Risk Management for Preventive Medicine (URMPM), of which main
target is to promote scientifically sound countermeasures and solutions of
global environment health issues, life-style disease, community health,
occupational health, medical accident, food product health, international
health, mental health and health problems for aging population, etc, by
encouraging interdisciplinary research activities with such fields as
political economics, administration studies, sociology, environmental
science, ecology, behavioral science, information science, education, ethics,
epidemiology and statistics, and so on. Therefore, this journal contains
review articles and leading original manuscripts concerning the above
interdisciplinary research topics, based on several major sessions such as
'bioscience and genetics', 'clinical medicine', ¡Æethics and sociology',
'statistics and technology', 'policy and economics', and ¡Æenvironment and
ecology¡Ç which are edited by session editor.
The journal is published every 4 months, and officially
available to other member societies under agreement of payment and
publication policy. Subscription of non-members in URMPM and those partner
societies are charged by separate policy from the societies.

societies, and the first Editor in Chief was selected, by the URMPM General
Assembly on March 28, 2003 in Tokyo, Japan.
